Find what slows your business.

Connect your systems, ask in your own words and get the finished report, with its evidence. No analyst team to build.

Destella · Reports

Example

Animated demo with sample data of the full journey: someone types in plain language “How are sales going this month, and what explains the change?”, Destella reads the connected sources, shows the steps of the analysis and builds the report one visual at a time — summary of the month, key figures, sales trend, sales by region and what to do this week — until it is scheduled by email every Monday at 8:00 AM.

The answers are already in your company. Just scattered.

  • ERP
  • Point of sale
  • Invoicing
  • Spreadsheets
  • E-commerce
  • CRM
  • Databases
  • Inventory
  • Banks
  • Accounting
  • Warehouse
  • Payroll
  • Logistics
  • Emailed reports

Destella brings them together in one place.

Start with an exported file, just as it comes out of your system. Read-only access comes later, if you want it.

Everything a data team would do. Without building the team.

Five things someone in your company does by hand today, or that simply do not get done. Scroll slowly: each stop shows you what it looks like.

  1. 1

All together, wherever it comes from

Your system calls it “sale_date”, the point of sale calls it “DATE” and the collections sheet “Payment date”. They are the same thing. Here they recognize each other and end up in a single table, without changing anything about how you work.

  2. 2

Ask the way you would talk to your team

No SQL, no formulas and no dashboards to set up. You type the question in plain language and get the answer with the evidence of where it came from.

  3. 3

Every number says where it came from

It is not just a pretty chart. Every figure comes with its source, its period and what it is being compared against, so if someone questions it you can stand behind it.

  4. 4

The report arrives on its own

Every Monday at 8 in your inbox, or on the 1st of each month in the portal. You set the pace and it happens without anyone having to prepare it.

  5. 5

It warns you before it hurts

A customer who stopped ordering, a margin that is slipping. You do not have to remember to check: the alert reaches you with the number and what it means.

And you, which numbers do you decide with?

Pick your role and see what your first report looks like. Below is everything you had to do to get it.

Weekly report · Leadership

Sample data

How is this month going against the last one?

September is 6% ahead of August. Growth comes from two regions.

Sales by week · September

Wk 1: $1.18M. Wk 2: $1.24M. Wk 3: $1.31M. Wk 4: $1.35M

What explains it

  1. 1The Central region grew 14%; the North region fell 12%.
  2. 2The average order did not change: growth comes from more orders.

To get that report, this is all you did, once:

  1. You upload your export

    1 minute

Just as it comes out of your system. Nothing to install and no one to ask for permission.

  2. You type your question

    20 seconds

In plain language, the way you would ask someone on your team.

  3. You schedule it

    one click

And from then on the report arrives on its own, with no one preparing it.

Under two minutes in total. From then on, the report arrives on its own.

Industries we are starting with

  • Food and beverage

Connect. Ask. Decide.

Three steps, and only the first is done once. Watch them run or tap the one you are curious about.

Drag in a file. Nothing to install.

An export from your system, just as it comes out. Later, if you want, read-only access.

Keep using your systems. Tell us what you need to understand.

Destella exists so a company can have intelligence about its operation without building an analytics team and without changing how it works to feed a tool.

  1. 1

The information is already in your company.

In the ERP, in invoicing, in spreadsheets someone keeps by hand. Scattered across systems that do not talk to each other.

  2. 2

Understanding it should not cost you a team.

Or changing how you operate to feed a tool. The tool adapts to the company, not the other way around.

  3. 3

Trust is earned one step at a time.

Ask for little, give back fast and move up only once the last step has paid off. Never a password.

Two partners, two visions that need each other.

Reliable data is no use if no one turns it into decisions. A good report is no use if its data cannot stand up to a question. Destella is born where the two meet.

  • Cristopher Orona

    Co-founder

    A vision for data

A single version of every figure, with no one having to reconcile it.

That information arrives from where it already lives — the ERP, invoicing, the spreadsheet someone keeps by hand — and that anyone can trust it without translating it first.

Nothing changes in how you work.

  • Giovanni Angulo

    Co-founder

    A vision for reports

Reports that end in a decision, not in a chart.

That every number says what it means, what it is compared against and what is worth doing, so whoever leads stops interpreting and starts deciding.

Everything changes in how you decide.

First customers

We are choosing our first companies.

We work closely with them: we review their first assessment by hand, and what we learn shapes the product. Their opinion carries weight in what we build.

What people usually ask us.

Another question? Write to us.

Do I have to connect my ERP?

No. You start with a simple spreadsheet exported from your system, just as it comes out. The read-only connection comes later, and only if you want it.

What happens to my data?

It is used only to prepare your readings and reports. It lives isolated per company, encrypted in transit and at rest, and you can disconnect whenever you want.

Do you ask for my password or access to my systems?

Never a password. If you later want to connect a system, it is with a read-only user that you control and can revoke.

Which systems does it work with?

With any that exports to Excel or CSV: ERP, point of sale, invoicing, spreadsheets. Direct connections are opening in stages.

How long does the first assessment take?

It is usually ready in under a day; sometimes, in minutes. We let you know through the channel you choose.

Is it for my industry?

If your company records sales, yes. We start with a general reading of your industry and go on with your data.

Do I need to know about data?

No. You ask in plain language and get answers with their evidence. No SQL or dashboards to set up.

Is Destella available in English?

Yes: this site, sign-in and the product itself, where you ask and read your reports in English. For now, the emails that carry a report and the sign-in code are written in Spanish.

How much does it cost?

Pricing will be published soon. Creating your account is free, and the first assessment does not ask for a card.

Start with a question.

Your data is already there; what is missing is the question. Create your account in a minute and connect your first source whenever you like.
