What this service is
Destella is a platform that organizes your company's operational information (for example, sales or collections) and turns it into readings and reports for making decisions. By creating an account you accept these terms and the privacy notice.
Your account
- You sign in with a code we send to your email, or with Google or Apple. Look after access to that email: whoever controls it can get into your account.
- Give real information when you sign up and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for what is done with your account.
Your company's workspace
- Each company has its own workspace, with an address like
your-company.destella.mx. Whoever creates it becomes its administrator and answers for the people they invite. - Use a name for your workspace that belongs to you. We may change or withdraw an address that impersonates another company or brand.
- To protect the service, we limit how many workspaces one person can create.
Subscription and charges
- When the service is paid, it will be charged as a monthly or annual subscription, depending on the plan you choose. The price in force is the one shown at the time you subscribe.
- Charges are processed by Stripe and renew automatically until you cancel.
- Managed data integration is charged as an additional line on your same subscription, except on the Business plan, which already includes it.
- If you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period already paid. We do not refund partial periods, unless applicable law requires it.
- If a charge fails, we may suspend access until payment is settled.
Who owns the data
- Your company's operational information belongs to your company. It lives in a database of your company's own, separate from everyone else's, and we process it only to provide the service.
- Your company is responsible for having the right to share that information with us, including any personal data of third parties it contains (for example, of its customers).
- You can ask us for a copy of your information or for its deletion. If your company leaves the service, we delete its database when it asks, except for what the law requires us to keep.
- The platform, its code and its design belong to Destella.
Acceptable use
You may not use the platform to:
- carry out illegal activities or process information you have no right to use;
- try to access another company's workspace or data;
- create accounts or workspaces by automated means, or bypass the service's protections;
- resell the service without a written agreement.
We may suspend an account or a workspace that breaks these rules.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service always available, but there may be interruptions due to maintenance or failures at our providers. We may change or discontinue features; important changes are announced by email in advance.
Limitation of liability
Destella provides readings, analysis and recommendations as support for your business decisions; the decisions are yours. Results depend on the quality of the source information: if your data has errors, the reports may have them too. Our liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the service in the last three months.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States.
